We try to deliver as quickly as possible but we do ask for 2-10 business days for non-coloured hair and an additional 5 business days for coloured hair.

The hair is double weft weaving so it should very minimal to no shedding at all. There is also no tangle as the hair is virgin cuticle aligned.

Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with the full cuticle aligned. It is completely natural unprocessed, no acid bath.

We typically do not offer returns or refunds but we are definitely willing to help on a case to case basis which means, we may consider refunds for purchases that haven't been unravelled and still have the original tags and packaging, for example.
